Nel FFT i vostri distretti muscolari lavoreranno all’unisono per creare e ricercare quel movimento naturale che ci accompagna nella vita quotidiana. Il lavoro del FFT si focalizza in particolare su tutti i muscoli stabilizzatori del corpo, andando a riattivarli e rafforzarli.
